As a welcome distraction from all the virus related issues I am delighted to announce that we have just been recognised as one of the top 20 Homecare provider groups in the UK based on verified client reviews sent to the care sector’s premier review service called Homecare.co.uk. I believe there are some 30,000 care providers in the country so to be in the Top 20 is a fabulous recognition of the hard work that our carers do for our clients on all days of the week, in all weathers and at all time of the day.
It is especially gratifying to receive this award during these difficult times when our carers have had to take on a whole new set of responsibilities with new guidelines, new circumstances and new Personal Protective Equipment much of which is uncomfortable to wear for any prolonged period.
