Fantastic news that our Regulator has rated our office as Outstanding which is a rating that only 3% of all care providers are able to achieve. We are absolutely delighted to know that CQC has endorsed what we already knew -that we provide first class, compassionate, person-centred care to all our clients in the local area. All credit to all staff – our office staff of Helen, Vicky, Lisa and Ann-Marie – and all our many carers who visit our clients at all hours of the day in all weathers.
