From our state of the art scheduling systems to our new ‘ACCESS’ app, we are constantly looking at new ways to enhance our service and improve the care of our clients. Our online carer’s tool ensures quality and consistency of procedures across the group and even enables carers to spend more time with their clients rather than filling in forms and reports by hand.
We have recently introduced electric bikes at some of our offices for those carers who do not have driving licenses and who need to travel from one client to the next. They allow us to employ more carers who we would otherwise not be able to employ whilst also avoiding extra congestion and fumes to the areas they work in. It’s also a great way of keeping our staff fit!
