So who are we looking for? Well, our team is made up of many different people but there are a few things that unite us all. Here are some attributes we look for when looking for a new member of the team:

• Above all we are looking for friendly, caring, reliable and committed carers
• We like to keep things local, so if you live in the Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury, Buckingham, Kings Langley, Hemel Hempstead and Oxford areas that’s perfect!
• It would be useful to have a full driving licence and a car
• Have you thought about a second career? We have a range of hours to fit in with your lifestyle, so don’t worry if you have other commitments.
• No specific qualifications or background in care is required to become a care assistant
• You must be fit, healthy and keen to learn!
• Excellent level of English
